At Leopard&Co, we do not offer refunds for active subscriptions, including instances where the user forgets to cancel. Managing your subscription is solely your responsibility, and we encourage you to contact us if you wish to cancel your plan.
To help you stay informed, we send reminder emails before each billing cycle, including a direct cancellation link. We are not responsible for any charges that occur due to a failure to cancel on time.
If you’re not satisfied with the results of our service, we may consider extending your current plan at no additional cost to help you meet your goals. However, refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.
Please note: If you cancel a subscription while your service is still in the setup phase, you will not be eligible for a refund.
